Individual v. HPD and DOB - Successfully brought Petition and Order to Show Cause to stop Demolition of homeowner's property. Supreme Court, Kings County Judge held there were grounds to restrain HPD contractor from knocking down building. 

Quiet Title Action - Brought action to quiet title pursuant to RPAPL Article 15, seeking a Court Order declaring mortgage against Real Property  unenforceable based on the expiration of the statute of limitations. Settled Mortgage with Lender saving Client over $900,000.00. 

Dismissal of NY Case & Foreign Stipulation- Moved for Summary Judgment to Dismiss action brought by Plaintiff who sought to enforce a New Jersey Stipulation and breach thereof in New York Supreme Court. Court granted motion and case was dismissed.  

Article 78 Granted v. DOB, HPD, City of New York - Successfully challenged Demolition Charges transferred to the Property owner's Real Property Tax Bill. Court held the charges were arbitrary and capricious under the circumstances where the demolition did not occur.
